Requisitos
de Admisión: Nacionales e Internacionales:
Estudiantes Nacionales:
1.
Depositar en la Dirección de Registro
y Admisiones de la Institución,
los documentos originales enumerados a
continuación:
a.
Formulario de Solicitud
de Admisión completamente
lleno.
b. Acta de nacimiento
legalizada.
c. Certificación
de Bachiller expedida por la Secretaria
de Educación.
d. Record de notas
de bachillerato.
e. Record de notas
de la universidad de procedencia,
si se trate de estudiantes transferidos.
Dicho Record debe de estar legalizados
por la Secretaria de Estado de Ecuación
Superior, Ciencia y Tecnología
(SEESCYT).
f. Dos (2) fotografías
recientes 2 x 2 tipos carnet, de
frente con el nombre escrito al
dorso.
g. Certificado
medico reciente.
h. Certificación
de buena conducta (no-delincuencia),
expedida por el organismo correspondiente.
i. Fotocopia de
la Cedula de Identidad y Electoral.
j. Recibo de pago
correspondiente para gastos de admisión
según tarifa vigente. esta
cantidad no es reembolsable.

Foreign
Applicants: (Internacional)
In
order to be admitted all foreign applicants
should fulfill the following requirements:
1.
The applicant must send to the Department
of Admissions and Registration the
following original documents:
a. Admissions sheet
fully complete
b. Birth certificate
legalized by a Dominican Embassy
or Consulate from the country of
origin, or by the Dominican Chancellery.
c. Official High
School Transcripts expedited by
the corresponding authorities and
legalized by a Dominican Embassy
or Consulate from the country of
origin, or by the Dominican Chancellery.
d. Two photographs,
2 x 2 with his or her name written
in the back.
e. Recent medical
certificate to certify good general
and mental health
f. Non-delinquency
certification expedited by the corresponding
department from the country of origin.
g. Admission payment
(receipt). Note: This amount is
not reimbursable.
2.
In case of students that are transferring
from other institutions official’s
transcripts should be sent by the
institution of origin to the Director
of Registration of UNIREMHOS. If
the document is not in Spanish it
should be translated by an official
translator and legalized by the
Secretaria de Estado de Educacion
Superior, Ciencia y Tecnologia.
If the transcript is already translated
it should be legalized legalized
by a Dominican Embassy or Consulate
from the country of origin. In the
Dominican Republic this documentation
should be verified by the Dominican
Chancellery.
3. Students in which there
countries do not have agreements
with the Dominican Government have
to imply to all international agreements
and conventions that deal with this
matter.
4. Students transferring
from another institution have to
present a minimum of 2.0 in there
academic grades.
5. This institution will apply an
admission tests in cases that require
this type of procedure.
